The desire for change, either from the difficulties of a sudden crisis, or more long-term feelings of discomfort, low self-esteem, anxiety or depression can be very powerful.

We can easily get lost in the chaos of our thoughts and feelings and counselling can be an effective way of gaining some clarity. I believe that we all know what we need in order to achieve a greater sense of well-being, and counselling can help us to tune in to and listen to that inner wisdom. I offer short and long term counselling either face-to-face in Modbury or on FaceTime. Sessions with me last for 50 minutes.

I am an Integrative counsellor specialising in CBT, Gestalt, Transpersonal and Person Centred theories as well as mindfulness and art therapy.

  • CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling 

  • CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

  • I am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists

  • Prior to counselling I was a qualified primary school teacher with 10 years experience
